TRACcess is an electronic range of Locking and Key Storage devices powered by the TRACkey, which provides an audit trail of who accessed what and when, through the TRACcess Manager database.

No mains power or phone line is required, making TRACcess ideal for locations where you need to control access, eliminate keys, or track entry into a remote site, secure area or cabinet.

TRACcess also eliminates the liability associated with unaccounted-for keys. Each device is uniquely numbered, as is each key. The location of the device and the keyholder information is stored on TRACcess Manager, which is the dynamic database behind the TRACcess system.

This flexible management tool can be administered from any Internet- connected PC or laptop. It delivers a robust database system with easy-to-use, web-based screens and secure data centre reliability.

The TRACkey is powered by batteries and is pre-programmable to expire at set intervals, from daily to annually depending on the level of security you require. All TRACkey activity is downloaded to TRACcess Manager via the phone, no network is required.
