UK Mainland is defined as Post Codes in England, Wales and Scotland, excluding all areas listed under Non-UK Mainland below.

Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands (Non-UK Mainland)

Free delivery on all orders over £30 if up to 2kg (Online Orders Only)

Orders over 2kg up to and including 10kg are charged at £22 (inc vat)

Non account holding customers No claims for damages will be considered if the goods have been signed for as in good condition, they must be signed as unchecked or damaged. No claims for faulty materials or workmanship will be entertained if modifications or repairs to the goods have been effected other than by the company.



Delivery: Supra UK Ltd aim to deliver within 2-3 days of an order being processed.

Return and refunds: All requests received within 30 days of the invoice date will incur a 25% administration handling charge. The Distance Selling Regulations gives customers a 7 day "cooling off" period. During this period you may cancel your order and Supra UK Limited will reimburse you within 30 days for the full costs of the goods ordered less the above handling charge. The cooling off period ends seven working days after the day you receive the goods. If you have received the goods (or they have been dispatched to you) then you have a duty to take "reasonable care" of them so that they may be re-sold as new.

If you fail in this duty Supra UK Limited may pursue a claim against you for the resulting loss in value.

Every attempt will be made to meet the quoted delivery times but time shall not be of the essence unless specifically agreed in writing, unless so agreed goods can not be returned if not inside the estimated delivery time.

The Company will not be responsible for any delay occasioned by carriers after dispatch from the Company’s works. Any damages or shortages must be notified in writing, both to the carriers and the Company within three days of receipt of goods.

In the case of non-delivery claims must be made from seven days of receipt of invoice. Cancelled orders – Orders will only be considered cancelled by the Company after written agreement on mutually satisfactory terms
